Adding an FAQ (Frequently Asked Questions) section to your product page is a great way to reassure your customers and answer their questions before they even have to ask. A well-designed FAQ can boost your conversion rate and cut down the number of support requests.
From your product's FAQ section, you have two options to get started:
Click the "Add a question" button: To manually add a new question-and-answer pair to your FAQ.
Click the "Import FAQ" button: If you already have a Q&A list for another product, you can import it in just a few clicks to save time.
To manually add a new question and answer to your FAQ:
Enter the question from the customer that you want to answer.
Add the answer to the question.
Click Add a question to save.
Repeat these steps to add as many question-and-answer pairs as you think are useful.
If you've already got a list of Q&As, you can import it in just a few clicks to save some time.
Select the product you want to import the Q&As from.
Select the questions you want to import.
Click Import a question to confirm.
The Q&As will be automatically added to your product page, ready for your customers to check out.
Once your FAQ is created or imported, you can manage it easily:
Enable: After adding, you need to enable the FAQ section for it to show on your product page. You can also disable it if needed.
Edit: You can edit the text of a question or answer anytime.
Delete: If a question is no longer relevant, you can delete it from your FAQ.
