
Once your store is created, it stays linked to your account. There isn’t an option to delete it permanently yet.
However, if you’re not using a store anymore, you can just archive it. Archiving your store makes it inactive and not publicly accessible, but keeps your data so you can bring it back later if needed.
It’s important to know that Chariow doesn’t offer a way to permanently and irreversibly delete a store. Instead, you can archive your store.
Archiving:
Your store becomes inaccessible to the public.
Your products are no longer visible or purchasable.
Your data (products, orders, customers) is safely stored on our servers.
You can potentially reactivate your store in the future if you change your mind.
It's a flexible option to pause your business.
Deletion:
Would mean permanently erasing all your data.
This option isn't available to ensure compliance and allow recovery if you make a mistake.
Yes! On Chariow, you can have up to 3 active stores per user account.
If you need an extra store, for example to sell in a different currency or for a new project, you can just create one, as long as you haven’t hit the limit. The archived store isn’t counted among your 3 active stores, so that frees up a spot.
If you’ve already reached the allowed limit of 3 stores and need space for a new one, just reach out to our support and we’ll look at what’s possible.
