If you see the error message "Session expired" when you try to get into your account, don’t worry. This issue is easy to fix and is just related to your browser’s security. Just follow a few simple steps and you’ll be able to reset your session and log back in safely.
Clear your browser cache: This is the first thing to do. Clearing your cache and cookies gets rid of old login data that might be causing the issue. On Chrome, for example, go to Settings > Privacy and Security > Clear browsing data.
Log in to your Axa Zara account: Head over to the login page for your Axa Zara account here: https://account.axazara.com/auth/login and log in again.
Go back to the Chariow platform: Once you're logged in to your Axa Zara account, return to the Chariow platform.
Log in with Axa Zara: On the Chariow login page, pick the "Log in with Axa Zara" option. You should now be able to access your space without any issues.
This simple process lets you reset your session securely and restore the connection between your Axa Zara account and your Chariow store.
