Restart and log in again: Go to account to log in to your Axa Zara account. Once you're signed in, head back to the Chariow platform and click on the "Log in with Axa Zara" option to get into your dashboard.
Check your Internet connection: Make sure your Internet connection is stable and you're properly connected to the network.
