On Chariow, you can't actually "delete" a shop, but you can always archive it. Archiving your shop makes it inactive and hidden from the public, but keeps your data safe for whenever you might want to bring it back later. It's a perfect option if you just need a break, want to hide your products for a bit, or even rethink everything without losing all your hard work.
Archiving is pretty simple and you can do it right from your shop settings:
Log in to your Chariow seller account.
Go to "General Settings:
Go to Settings then find the Shop Identity section under “Shop Customization”.
Find the "Danger Zone" section:
Scroll all the way down on the "General Settings" page.
You'll see a section clearly marked as "Danger Zone". This is where the sensitive options are.
Start archiving:
Click the red button called "Archive Shop".
Confirm the archive and enter the reason:
A confirmation window will pop up with a required field for the reason to archive.
Enter the reasons why you're archiving your shop in this field. It's an important step to confirm you're sure and helps us understand your needs.
Finally, click the red "Archive Shop" button in the popup to confirm the action.
Once these steps are confirmed, your store will be archived. It won’t be visible to the public and your products can no longer be purchased.
Visibility: Your store and products won't be publicly accessible anymore.
Data: All your existing data will be kept.
