Customizing your URL is key for branding and SEO (natural referencing). Instead of a generic address, you can change your URL’s identifier (slug) so it matches your brand name.
Example: Instead of https://abcdefg.mychariow.com/, go for https://afriklic.mychariow.com/.
Log in to your Chariow dashboard.
Go to Settings (Settings).
Pick Domain name under Advanced settings.
Find the Custom URL section and click on Customize.
In the field, add the slug you want to give your URL (for example, afriklic).
If the name is already taken, the platform will let you know the ID is unavailable. You’ll need to try a variation (like adding a number or a dash).
If the name you picked is good, click "Save".
Once saved, your new URL is active right away
