Once your automations are created, the Workflows space in Chariow becomes your control center. You can use it to track the performance of your sequences, tweak them, or combine them to optimize your marketing strategy.
From the main list of your workflows, you have several tools to keep control over your automations:
Search and Filters: Use the search bar at the top to find a workflow by its name. You can filter the list by status: All, Active (green) or Inactive (red).
Enable or Disable: Use the switch in the Status column. When it’s enabled, it turns orange/colored to show that the workflow is live.
Quick actions: Click on the three dots (...) on the right of each workflow to open the context menu:
Edit: Go to the triggers, actions, and delay settings.
Duplicate: Copy an existing automation to save time when creating a similar sequence.
Merge: Combine two workflows (see details below).
Delete: Permanently erase an automation.
To simplify your workspace and avoid multiplying small automations, you can combine two workflows into one.
Click on the three dots (...) to the right of the workflow you want to keep as a base.
Select the Merge option.

In the window that appears:
Choose a workflow (1) : Select the second workflow to merge.
Workflow name (2) : Give a new name to the automation resulting from the merge.
Delete source (3) : Tick this box to automatically delete the two old individual workflows and keep only the merged version.

To measure how effective your automations are, Chariow offers detailed real-time tracking.
When you click on a specific workflow, a panel opens with three key counters:
Total: The total number of times the workflow was triggered.
Succeeded: The number of runs where all actions were completed successfully.
Failed: The number of runs that were interrupted (often due to an integration setup issue or a stop condition).
Under the counters, you’ll find the chronological list of runs. Each line shows the type of action (e.g. "Send a WhatsApp message") and its exact status:
Pending : The action is scheduled but the delay has not yet passed.
Successful : The action was carried out correctly.
Failed : The action could not be completed.
