Once you’ve created your workflows, it’s important to manage and track how they’re performing so you can get the most out of your automations. The Workflows space in Chariow lets you view, edit, and analyze your automations.
Manage a workflow
From the Workflows page, you have a bunch of options to manage your automations.

Create a new workflow (1) : The Create a workflow button lets you start a new automation.
Enable or disable (2) : The status button (2) lets you enable or disable a workflow with one click. It turns orange when the automation is active.
Edit (3) : The pencil icon lets you change your workflow settings, like the trigger, actions, and execution delay.
Duplicate (4) : The duplicate icon lets you copy an existing workflow. This is super handy if you want to create a similar automation without building it all from scratch.
Delete (5) : The trash icon lets you delete a workflow you don't need anymore.
Track your workflow’s performance
To see if your workflow is working well, you have to track its activity.

Execution status (2): When you click on a workflow, a detailed view opens up. The Executions (2) section gives you an overview of the actions that have been performed.
Total: the total number of times the workflow was triggered.
Successful: the number of executions that finished successfully.
Failed: the number of executions that didn’t finish because of an issue.
Looking at this data helps you spot possible problems and make your automations work better.
