After you’ve designed your popup, the next step is to set up how it will work. The right setup makes sure your message gets to the right visitor at just the right time. Chariow gives you advanced customization options to help you boost your conversions.
From your dashboard, go to Marketing, then Popups.
In your list of popups, click the edit button (2) for the popup you want to set up.
Once you’re in the editor, go to the Settings tab at the top of the page to open the setup options.
The settings section lets you control when and how your popup shows up on your store.
Target specific products(1) : Show your popup only when visitors are checking out a particular product page. Perfect for promoting a specific item.
Display delay(2) : Set a delay in seconds before the popup shows up. Waiting 3 to 5 seconds is recommended so you don’t interrupt the user right away.
Display frequency per visit(3) : Pick how often your popup shows up for a single visitor. The "Only once per visit" option is super popular so you don’t annoy your customers.
Targeted device type(4) : You can choose to show the popup only on desktops, mobile devices, or both. This option helps create device-specific experiences.
Relevant pages(5) : Choose which pages on your site should show the popup. For example, you might want it only on the homepage or a specific product category.
Geographical targeting(6) : Tailor your message based on where your visitors are located. Great for running promos just for a region or country.
Targeted languages(7) : Show your popup only for visitors browsing your site in certain languages.
Activation period(8) : Set your popup to show up only during a limited period. It’s perfect for sale campaigns, Black Friday, or other special events.
Once you've set up all the settings, click Save. Your popup is ready to be published or updated to start engaging your visitors based on your new rules.
