We've noticed some confusion regarding the security update. To clarify, two-factor authentication (2FA) is still active for accessing your Chariow account to protect your information.
However, there has been an update for the Wallet. For enhanced security, we've replaced 2FA with a 5-digit PIN. This is the code you'll use to validate all your withdrawals and other transactions on your Wallet.
You must set your new PIN, confirm it, and then keep it safe. Your old system no longer works for the Wallet.
Once you've logged into your Axa Zara Wallet, you'll be prompted to set a new PIN. Please confirm and keep it safe, as it will be required to validate all future transactions.
Regarding Account Axa Zara, you will be prompted to enter a unique, temporary code generated by an authentication application (such as Google Authenticator or Microsoft Authenticator).
Unique, temporary code: This code changes every 30 seconds and is unique to your account. This prevents unauthorized logins, even if someone has successfully obtained your password.
Double security for your account: For security reasons, your account is managed with 2FA (two-factor authentication) generated by your authenticator app. For added security, your Wallet is now protected by a PIN that you must set.
2FA for the main account: This code is required to log in to your entire Axa Zara ecosystem, including your Chariow account.
Wallet PIN: This code is required for all sensitive actions within your Wallet, such as validating withdrawals, adding accounts, or any other financial transaction.
To secure your transactions, you must set a PIN code on your Wallet. To do this, access your Axa Zara Wallet by clicking here :
Set a new 5-digit PIN.
Confirm the new 5-digit PIN code.
Keep it safe and secure to avoid forgetting it.
Once activated, every future transaction on your Wallet will require your PIN.
To secure your account, you need to enable two-factor authentication on your account. To do this, you'll need an authentication app like Google Authenticator (available on iOS and Android).
Copy your key: In your Axa Zara account security settings, select the window corresponding to two-factor authentication. Click on activate and you will find a unique account key. Copy it.
Add the key in the app: Open your authenticator app. Scan the displayed QR code or manually enter the key you copied.
Complete activation: Enter the code generated by the app to complete activation.
Once enabled, every future login will require the password + 2FA code. You can disable it at any time.
Using the wrong code: Make sure you use your 5-digit wallet-specific PIN when withdrawing funds, and the 2FA authentication app to log in to your Chariow account.
Expired code: 2FA codes are only valid for 30 seconds. Enter it quickly to prevent it from expiring. The PIN never changes.
Wallet PIN not set: Remember to enable the Wallet-specific PIN and keep it safe.
Incorrect time synchronization: Make sure your phone's time is set automatically. A slight time difference can render 2FA codes invalid.
