For extra security on your Axa Zara Wallet and to make things easier for you, we've replaced 2FA with a 5-digit PIN code. This code is what you’ll use to confirm all your withdrawals and any other sensitive actions on your Wallet.
The Wallet PIN code is a secret 5-digit code that you set yourself. It works like a digital signature for all sensitive actions in your Axa Zara Wallet, like confirming withdrawals, adding withdrawal accounts, or any other financial operation.
Stronger security: This PIN code is needed for all sensitive actions on your Wallet, giving extra protection against unauthorized access to your funds.
Separate code: Your Wallet PIN code is completely separate from the 2FA used to log into your Chariow account. Once you set the PIN, it never changes, unlike the 2FA code which is temporary.
To keep your stuff safe, you need to set a PIN code on your Wallet.
Access your Axa Zara Wallet: Log in to your Wallet Axa Zara.
Set a new PIN code: You’ll automatically be asked to set a new 5-digit PIN code.
Confirm the PIN code: Enter the PIN code again to confirm it.
Keep it safe: It’s super important to keep it somewhere safe so you don’t forget it, since you’ll need it to approve any future transactions.
Once it’s activated, every future sensitive action on your Wallet will need your PIN code.
Using the wrong code: Make sure you’re using your 5-digit Wallet PIN specifically for withdrawals and money moves.
PIN code not set up: Remember to activate your PIN specifically for your Wallet and keep it somewhere you won’t lose it.
NB: If you lose your PIN, you’ll have to contact our support to book a slot for a Google Meet. This can take time and slow down your operations, so make sure you keep it safe.
