The Meta Pixel (formerly Facebook Pixel) is a key tool for tracking what your visitors do on your store, like viewing products or making purchases. Setting it up on Chariow is a simple process.
Get your Pixel ID: Log in to your Meta Business Suite. Go to the Event Manager, pick your Pixel and copy the ID that shows up.
Add the ID to Chariow: Log in to your Chariow account and go to Settings. In the Advanced Settings section, you'll find an Analytics field. Paste your Meta Pixel ID there.

Once these steps are done, Chariow will automatically send events to your Meta Pixel, letting you track your ad campaign performance.
PageView (Page view): Track visits to your store.
Purchase (Purchase): Track when a customer completes a payment.
To get more info and better understand your customers' journey, it's a good idea to add these extra events:
ViewContent (Content view): When customers check out a product.
AddToCart (Add to cart): When customers add a product to their cart.
InitiateCheckout (Start checkout): When the customer starts entering payment info.
To make sure your Pixel is working properly, we recommend using the Facebook Pixel Helper extension for Google Chrome. This tool lets you check in real time if your Pixel is active on your store and if events are firing as they should.
