On Chariow, you can't directly delete a customer review that's been posted on one of your products. This policy is here to keep things fully transparent and build trust between sellers and buyers in our community. But, Chariow lets you manage reviews you find inappropriate.
If you find a review that's inappropriate or irrelevant, you can hide it so that it doesn't show up publicly on your product page anymore.
Even if a review is hidden, the percentage of positive and negative reviews will still show on your product page. This keeps things transparent and shows your overall customer satisfaction rate, reflecting buyers' real experiences. For example, if you have two negative and two positive reviews, the displayed satisfaction rate will still be 50%.
