1- Go to your Axa Zara account

Log in to your Axa Zara account with this link: https://account.axazara.com. Next, go to the Identity section in the main menu.

You need to take a selfie and a photo of your ID documents. To do this, scan the QR code on your phone to keep going.

You can also log in directly from your phone to make the process easier.

2- Get ready for verification

Before you start the verification process:
- Make sure you have your valid ID on hand
- Be in a well-lit room.
- Remove anything that might cover your face in the selfie (glasses, earbuds, headphones, mask, cap, hat, headband, ...)

Tap “I'm ready“ to move on to the next step.

3- Pick your document

Choose which type of ID you'll use for the verification.

4- Take your photos

The system will guide you to take the following photos:

• A selfie of yourself

• A photo of the front of your ID document

• A photo of the back of your ID document.

5- Submit your request

After taking the photos, tap “Continue” to send your verification.
You’ll get this notification confirming your request was sent.

Processing time

Your verification request will be processed within a maximum of 24 hours. Once your identity is confirmed, you'll have full access to the withdrawal feature for your winnings.
