What is the maximum file size for a product on Chariow?

Chariow has set size limits for your product files to keep the platform running smoothly and make downloads easier for your customers.

File size limits

Here are the size limits and recommendations for your product files:

• For paid products: You can upload up to 5 files, with a maximum size of 1 GB per file.

• For free products: You are limited to one file, with a maximum size of 1 GB per file.

Important note: You can't delete all the files from a product. To remove the last file, first add a new file or make another product.
