Go to Automation
and click on Workflows
in the main menu
1- Name the workflow : Give your workflow a clear name (e.g. ‘New order notification’).
2- Define the trigger : Choose the event that will trigger the workflow (e.g. an abandoned purchase).
3- Activate this option if you wish to apply the following elements to a specific product.
4 - Add actions: Configure the actions to be performed after the trigger (e.g. send an e-mail).
Once configured, click on ‘Save workflow’ to activate it.
