It is strictly forbidden to offer deals that infringe on the intellectual property rights of third parties. This ban includes:
Reselling accounts and subscriptions: Sale of licenses, accounts, or access to third-party services such as Canva, Netflix, Spotify, Adobe, ChatGPT, OpenAI, Claude, Duolingo, Gemini, Microsoft, Apple, etc.
Unauthorized use of brand assets: Use of names, logos, slogans, or visuals of registered trademarks in your products or in the branding of your store.
Misleading affiliation: Any offer suggesting an official affiliation, partnership, or endorsement from a third-party brand without explicit authorization.
The sale of physical products is not allowed on Chariow, which focuses exclusively on digital products and services.
Chariow does not allow any illegal, deceptive, or non-compliant activity:
Fraud and malware: Spam, phishing, malicious bots, or deceptive business practices.
Illegal activities: Drugs, substances imitating illegal drugs, or related paraphernalia.
Get-rich-quick schemes: Multilevel marketing (MLM), pyramid schemes, chain letters, or shady investment opportunities.
Counterfeiting: Replica goods, unlicensed exclusive content, or reselling private-label products without rights.
Services related to money management or financial flows are prohibited:
Unregulated transactions: Sales of unregulated cryptocurrencies or access to non-compliant exchange platforms.
Banking services: Money transmission, check cashing, billing services, or quasi-cash.
Brokerage and consulting: Mortgage advice, collection agencies, or identity theft protection.
Some categories are banned because of legal or ethical risks:
Adult content: Pornography, escort or dating services.
Gambling: Lotteries, sports betting, and online gambling.
Regulated products: Tobacco or products subject to age restrictions.
Health: Pseudo-pharmaceutical products (stimulants, miracle pills, etc.).
Consulting: Fortune-telling and psychics.
Aggressive selling: Telemarketing, door-to-door sales, or negative option marketing.
Travel: Cruises, timeshares, and centralized booking services.
Security circumvention: Tools that allow bypassing digital protections or using fake identities.

However, due to the unpredictable nature of payment network rules, legislation, and relationships with payment organizations, this list may change suddenly and without notice. Changes to this list take effect immediately.
