When you create your store on Chariow, you pick a main currency (for example dollar, euro, etc.). This currency becomes the reference for all transactions in your store.
Even if your customers pay in their own currencies, all sales are automatically converted into the main currency you chose at the start, and that's the one used for tracking and business accounting.
Concrete example:
If you choose dollar as your main currency:
Your customers will be able to buy your products in FCFA, XAF, CDF, euro, etc.
But all sales will be converted and recorded in dollars on your dashboard.
If you picked the wrong currency when creating your store, unfortunately, you can’t change it afterwards. The only solution here is to create a new store with the right currency. Note that you can create up to 3 stores.
