What is the access code for a protected product (file)?

When you buy a digital product on Chariow (pdf file, doc, image, etc), it might be protected with a password. This password is called access code.

What is this code?

The code to unlock the files is just your order ID.

Where to find the order ID?

• In your “My purchases” space on Chariow

  

• In the confirmation email after your purchase

  

What if the code doesn’t work?

• Make sure you've copied the full ID without any spaces or mistakes
