
When a customer buys a product configured as a License, Chariow automatically assigns them a key from your stock. In this specific section, you can track the status of these keys, check whether the customer has activated them, and step in if needed (after-sales service or security).
To manage keys already assigned to your customers:
Go to the "More" tab in your left sidebar menu.
Select the "Licenses" card.
You’ll instantly see the list of "Issued licenses".
For each license sold, the dashboard shows the following indicators:
License key: The unique combination sent to the customer.
Customer: The buyer's email address associated with this key.
Product: The name of the related license-type product.
Status: Indicates whether the key is "Active" (activated by the customer), "Pending" or "Expired".
Activations: Shows the number of times the key has been used compared to the allowed limit (e.g. 1/3 activations used).
By clicking on a row or on the options menu (the three dots), you can do the following actions:
See details: View the full history of activations (dates and IP addresses if applicable).
Resend the license: If a customer didn’t receive their email or lost their key, you can instantly resend it to them by email.
Revoke the license: In case of a dispute or refund, click the red "Revoke license". This will immediately deactivate the key, making it unusable for the customer.
