Every time a user completes a purchase through one of your affiliate links, the transaction is instantly recorded in this section. This interface gives you full transparency on your sales performance and the status of your commissions.
The main page shows a complete list of your sales with the following information:
Product : The name of the item that generated the sale.
Shop : The original creator of the product.
Commission : The exact amount earned for this specific transaction (e.g. 1 350 F CFA).
Status : The current state of the commission, identified by a color code:
Paid (Green): Commission confirmed and added to your balance.
Pending (Yellow): Payment is being processed or checked.
Canceled (Red): Transaction failed or was refunded.
Date : The exact date when the sale was recorded.
You can use the search bar or the filter tool to isolate sales by status, originating store, or a given time period.
To get an in-depth view of a transaction, click on a row in the table to open the details side panel:
Commission reference : A unique ID for admin tracking.
Commission details : See the total amount of the sale, your commission rate (e.g. 30%) and the corresponding net earnings.
Sale reference : Contains the unique sale ID for technical support if needed.
Key dates : Track the commission lifecycle (creation date, date when funds become available, and actual settlement date).
Identify your best-sellers : Spot the products with the most frequent "Settled" status so you can focus your efforts on the items that convert best.
Track funds availability : Check the key dates in the side panel to know exactly when a commission will move from "Pending" status to your available balance.
