Kajabi is a popular all-in-one platform that lets you create, market, and sell online courses, memberships, and digital products. By connecting Kajabi to your Chariow store, you can automate enrolling your Chariow customers into your Kajabi offers, making it simpler to manage your members and course access.
This article guides you step by step to integrate Kajabi with your Chariow store.
Automatic member sync: Automatically enroll buyers of your Chariow products into your Kajabi courses or memberships.
Simplified checkout process: Let Chariow handle the transaction and payment integration, while Kajabi manages your course content.
Centralized management: Skip the manual work of adding members and cut down on errors.
Diversified selling: Enjoy Chariow's flexibility for your sales pages and Kajabi's robust environment for hosting your courses.
To connect Kajabi to your Chariow store, you'll need two key pieces of info from your Kajabi account: your Kajabi Client ID (client_id) and your Kajabi Client Secret (client_secret).
Log in to your Kajabi account.
Go to your API settings:

In the Kajabi dashboard, click "Settings" in the side menu.
On the account settings page, find and click the "Public API" card.
Generate your API key:

In the "Public API" section, click the "Create User API Key" button.

Give your key a name (e.g: "Chariow Key") and set the required "Scope" (Permissions) (ideally, read/write permissions for contacts, purchases, and offers).
A new key will be generated, showing your client_id and client_secret.

Now that you have your Kajabi API keys, let’s connect Kajabi to Chariow.
On your Chariow dashboard, go to the Automations section. Click "Integrations".
Find "Kajabi" in the list of available tools (scroll down if needed) and click the "Connect" button.

A login page will open, asking you to fill in the following info:

Account name *: Give your integration a name to identify it (e.g. "Kajabi Academy").
Kajabi Client ID *: Paste your client_id Kajabi (found in Step 1).
Kajabi Client Secret *: Paste your client_secret Kajabi (found in Step 1).
Finish the integration by clicking the "Connect" button.
Once the operation is successful, a confirmation message will appear, letting you know that Kajabi is now connected. You’ll then be able to use it in your automations (Workflows and Pulses).
Once Kajabi is connected, you can use it in Chariow’s automation features to manage access to your courses:
Workflows: Create automated sequences. For example, after buying a specific product on Chariow, a workflow can automatically enroll the customer into a course or corresponding membership offer on Kajabi.
