The Chariow Telegram bot lets you get instant updates from your store (sales alerts, daily summaries) straight to your phone. It’s the perfect tool to keep an eye on your business in real time.
From your dashboard, click on Settings in the sidebar.
Select the Notifications tab under store settings.
In the Telegram section, click the Enable Telegram alerts button.
After clicking the enable button, a window will pop up with different connection methods.
Choose your method (1): You have three options to connect to the bot:
Scan the QR code (Fastest way): Use your phone's camera to scan the code shown on the screen.
Mobile app: Click this button to open the Telegram app straight on your device.
Manual setup: Use this option if you want to connect by entering the info yourself.
Start the bot (2): Once you've scanned the QR code or opened the app, you'll be sent to the Chariow Telegram bot. Tap Démarrer or Start to finish setting it up.
As soon as the bot's started, you'll start getting notifications for the alerts you turned on.
In the Telegram section of your notification settings, you can pick which types of alerts you want to get:
Real-time sales alerts.
Daily sales summaries.
Purchase updates.
You can turn these options on and off anytime.
