Make it easier for your customers to get help by adding your support contact info right on your store. Being transparent like this is key to building trust and offering quick help.
From your dashboard, click on Settings in the sidebar menu.
Click the Configurations tab under the store settings.
In the Customer service section, you can add the contacts your customers will use to reach you:
Support email (1) : Enter the email address dedicated to customer support.
Support phone (2) : Add your phone number for general support.
WhatsApp support (3) : Add the phone number used for support via WhatsApp.
Once you’ve filled in all the contacts you want, click the Save (4) button to update the info on your store.
Your customers will now be able to reach you easily with any question! Go to the Settings section then click Configurations.
