It's common for a customer to need to update their email address, especially if they made a typo during purchase. Updating a customer's email address on Chariow is a simple process that makes sure your communications and your customer's product access stay correct.
Steps to change a customer's email
Go to the customer list: In the main menu of your dashboard, click on the "Customers" section.
Find the customer: Use the search bar if needed to find the customer whose email you want to update.
Start editing: In the "Actions" column to the right of the customer's row, click the pencil or edit icon.

Enter the new email address: A window called "Change Email" will pop up. Type the new email address in the field.
Save changes: Click the "Save" button to confirm the new email address.
The customer's email address will then be updated in your Chariow system, letting them access their product with the right address.
