
The "Sales" section is an essential tool to track and analyze your store's performance on Chariow. It gives you a complete view of all your transactions, helping you make informed decisions to grow your business.

Use this search bar to quickly find a product and view all related transactions.
These status buttons ("All", "Pending", "Completed", "Paid") are clickable to filter and go straight to the corresponding transactions.

Filter by status (2): Lets you track the progress of each transaction based on its status (Pending, Completed, Abandoned, Failed, Settled).
Filter by period (3): Makes it easier to analyze your sales performance by isolating your sales over a specific period (day, month, year) for optimal accounting and strategic tracking.
Filter by product (4): Find the sales of a specific product.
Filter by source (5): Identify exactly where each sale comes from so you can measure how effective your different acquisition channels and partnerships are.
Filter by country (6): Map out where your customers are located so you can spot your most promising markets and adapt your marketing strategy by region.
Filter by discount code (7): Display the transactions linked to a specific discount code.
Filter by campaign (8): View the transactions generated by a marketing campaign.

Tap on a specific order to get more details, like the order ID, payment information, transaction context, etc. The “Revoke access” button lets you remove the right to use the product so the customer can’t use it anymore, for example after a refund or a dispute.
A button lets you quickly access your My earnings section to see your earnings and their transfer status to the wallet.
Pending payment: The payment is waiting for confirmation.
Completed: The payment has been successfully validated, and the digital product is delivered to the customer.
Abandoned: The customer left the page before completing the transaction.
Failed: The payment attempt failed (insufficient funds, technical error…).
Settled: The funds from this sale are grouped in the revenue section where you can check the status and transfer date to the wallet.
