The "Sales" section is an essential tool for tracking and analyzing your shop's performance on Chariow. It gives you a complete view of all your transactions, so you can make smart decisions to grow your business.
You can quickly see the amount of money you can withdraw from your sales that have been completed successfully.
Quickly find a transaction by searching with a customer's name or email address.
Filter by status (3) : Lets you track each transaction's progress by its status (Started, Pending, Abandoned, Failed, Completed, Settled).
Filter by product (4) : Find sales for a specific product.
Filter by period (5): Check out your sales in a given time period.
Tap on a specific order to get more details, like the order ID, payment info, transaction details, etc.
A button lets you quickly jump to your Earnings Section to check your earnings and their transfer status to the wallet.
Initiated : The customer has started the payment process.
Waiting for payment : The payment is waiting for confirmation.
Abandoned : The customer left the page before finishing the transaction.
Failed : The payment attempt failed (not enough funds, technical error…).
Completed : The payment went through, and the digital product is sent to the customer.
Settled : The money from this sale will show up under revenue, where you can see the transfer status and date for the wallet.
