How to create a product on Chariow ?

Step 1: Log in to your Chariow account and access product creation by clicking on “Products” in the side menu.

Here, you have 2 options for adding a product:

1. Shortcut: use the Space key and select “Add a product”

2. Press the button “Add a product”

Step 2: Enter the essential information

1. Product name : Give your product a clear, descriptive title. This field is a required field.

2. Type of product : Choose from

   • Digital files: To sell e-books, templates, PDF files and more

   • Services: For coaching, structured video training, consulting or customised services

3. Category: Select the category that best corresponds to your offer.

4. Payment type. Here you have 3 types of payment:

   • Single payment: The customer pays the price of the product

   • Free (Lead Magnet): Product offered to attract customers

   • Free price: The customer decides the price

5. Product price

6. Sale price

Step 3: After creation, edit and personalise the product

Once the product has been created, you will be redirected to the product editor to customize it and define the delivery option.

1. Customise the product description. You can also generate a description using built-in AI based on keywords.

2. Customise product appearance: add image and product cover

3. Upload your files

4. Create custom fields. These allow you to collect useful information about your customer during a purchase.

Tip:
Take the time to fill in all the fields to optimise your sales. A detailed description and quality visuals significantly increase conversions.
