Lawyers specialising in bankruptcy
Paid auctions or penny auctions
Products or services subject to age or legal restrictions
Sexual or pornographic content (including, but not limited to, adult books or videos, adult phone or audio chat, access to adult websites or content, escort or escort services, dating services, mail order brides, massage parlours and prostitution, or content in any format that features underage characters, is portrayed as underage or is suggested to be underage in any sexual or sensual context)
Centralised booking services
Collection agencies
Chain letters
Cheque cashing
Counterfeit/replica goods
Currency exchange (including physical, digital or cryptocurrency exchange)
Services (including, but not limited to, get rich quick schemes, business opportunities, investment opportunities, mortgage advice, property purchases, mortgage reduction services and credit repair and protection)

Multi-level marketing or pyramid schemes (MLM)
Wire transfers or money orders
Pharmaceutical pseudo-products (including anti-ageing pills, sexual stimulants, slimming pills, diet pills)

Substantial discounts or special incentives granted to the cardholder after the initial purchase
Negative response marketing techniques
Misleading commercial practices
Reselling products under private labels
