The "Sales" section is an essential tool for tracking and analyzing your shop's performance on Chariow. It gives you a complete view of all your transactions, so you can make smart decisions to grow your business.
Use this search bar to quickly find a product and view all associated transactions.
These status buttons ("All", "Pending", "Completed", "Settled") are clickable to filter and directly access the corresponding transactions.
Filter by status (2) : Lets you track each transaction's progress by its status (Pending, Completed, Abandoned, Unsuccessful, Settled).
Filter by product (3) : Find sales for a specific product.
Filter by discount code (4) : Check out your sales in a given time period.
Filter by campaign (5) : View transactions generated by a specific marketing campaign.
Filter by period (6): Analyze your sales over a given period of time.
Tap on a specific order to get more details, like the order ID, payment info, transaction details, etc.
A button lets you quickly jump to your Earnings section to check your earnings and their transfer status to the wallet.
Waiting for payment : The payment is waiting for confirmation.
Completed : The payment went through, and the digital product is sent to the customer.
Abandoned : The customer left the page before finishing the transaction.
Unsuccessful : The payment attempt failed (not enough funds, technical error…).
Settled : The money from this sale will show up under revenue, where you can see the transfer status and date for the wallet.
